The Heart Bit is an interactive table lamp that provides not only a functional white light but also an emotional red accent light, which triggers at the exact same rhythm of user’s pulse. When you touch the sensor your pulse is transformed by the embedded software into lighting effects.

Aether and Hemera - Aether is Claudio, the new media architect; Hemera is Gloria, the lighting artist. Aether & Hemera have collaborated to research the aesthetic challenges of light. Aether and Hemera installations explore light’s creative and artistic potential to express ideas, emotions and surprising encounters they perceive colours and light as an epiphany of possible beauty, a levity amplifier and a metamorphosis tool that transforms spaces. Aether and Hamera are interested in researching the ways in which glass, filters, plastics and other absorbing or reflecting materials can effectively be employed along with emerging or established lighting technologies such as LED’s, UV lamps, fibre optics and projections. Aether and Hemera work is unique there pieces are engaging, poetic and have a endearing romance of their own.
