1975
Alexander Taylor Alexander Taylor studied Furniture and Product Design at Nottingham Trent University and began his career with London based architects ProcterRihl before deciding to realize his own designs and set up a studio in 2002. Since then he has consistantly won critical acclaim for his thoughtfull elegant designs, including Elle Deco's Young designer of the Year and Elle's best in lighting awards.
The Museum of Modern Art, New York holds his 'Fold' lamp in it's permanent collection. Whilst the 'Butterfly' table received the Chicago Athenaeum Museum Good Design Award.
