Jurgen Bey
In the early 90s, Jurgen Bey attended the Academy of Industrial Design in Eindhoven, his subsequent work for Droog and Moooi, has helped shaped the image of Dutch design on an internationallevel. Most recently Professor of Design at Hochschule fur Bildende Kunsten in Karlsruhe, Germany, Bey has also taught at the Icelandic Arts Academy in Reykjavik and the Design Academy inEindhoven. He is also an advisor for SKOR (Amsterdam Committee for Art in Public Space) and holds an art-directorship for design company Prooff, in the Netherlands. In addition, Bey is the recipientof numerous awards and accolades, including the Prins Bernard Cultuurfonds Award, and the Harrie Tillee Award.
